    • Despite the pre-arrangement that Henry would be buried next to his wife who predeceased him, the Dean Street Synagogue Burial Society had mistakenly buried someone else in Henry's plot. After his death, and upon being told of the mistake, the family were very distressed because it was Henry's sincere wish to be reunited with his late wife. It was not clear for some time how or when this might be resolved, and this unexpectedly resulted in Henry's grave being without any headstone or marker for around 35 years. This was rectified in 2024 when his grandson David H Thrale installed a headstone on his grandfather's grave.
