After Hester Thrale Piozzi died in 1821, this watercolour on vellum survey of her home, Streatham Park, was commissioned by her daughters, Hester, Susannah, and Cecilia, from J & W. Newton. It was then incorporated into the 1825 deed of sale of the property to Michael Shepley.
