After Hester Thrale Piozzi's death in 1821, this watercolor on vellum survey of her home, Streatham Park, was commissioned by her daughters Hester, Susannah, and Cecilia from J & W. Newton. It was then incorporated into the 1825 deed of sale of the property to Michael Shepley.
