Peter Calvert, Doctor of Laws Master of Sarum of Commission of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Ann Thorp Spinster the sister of the deceased and sole Executrix named in the said will to whom Adminsitration was granted of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased she having been first sworn duly to Administer
OF HENRY THRALE
Southwark in the County of Surrey Esquire being of sound mind memory and understanding, do make this my last will and testament in manner following, I give and [illegible single word - demise?] all and every my manors mortgages bonds tenements and hereditaments whatsover in the counties of Oxford, Surry, Middlesex and elsewhere in the Kingdon of Great Britain except my Capital Mortgage Bonds hereditaments and premises situate at Streatham in the county of Surry and also ??? ??? my Brewhouse mortgages and Tenements in the Parish of St Saviour Southwark and such other mortgages or tenements or premises as are now or shall at the time of my death be used or employed in my trade s??? into occupied or rented by the customers thereof into Samual Johnson Doctor of Law, John Cator of Beckenham in the County of Kent Esquire Jeremiah Crutchley of Sunninghill Park in the County of Berks Esquire and Henry Smith of St Albans in the County of Hertford heirs and assigns to the uses upon the trusts and for the several interests and purposes hereafter mentioned that is to say To this not in and behoof of this first son it may have by my present wife heirs of the Body of such first son lawfully issuing and for default of such. To the use of the second third fourth and all and every other son and sons it may have by my present wife severally jurisprudence and ??? ??? one after another as they and every of them shall be in seniorty of age and priority of birth and the heirs of his and their body and bodies lawfully ????? the ??? of ??? son and sons and the heirs of his and sons and the heirs of his and their body and bodies lawfully issuing and for default of such heir then as to my said manors mortgages Bonds Tenements and hereditaments as divided as aforesaid except my Bonds Tenements and hereditaments situate in the County of Oxford to the use of my own right loans for over ??? as to my Estate called Crowmarsh and all other my Bonds Tenements and ??? to in the County of Oxford in case it shall not have any Son or Sons or having such all such Son or Sons shall die without Heirs. The I give and devise the same last mentioned estate into the said Samuel Johnson, John Cator, Jeremiah Crutchley and Henry Smith and their heirs and assigns to the use and
