ABSTRACT OF THE WILL OF GEORGE THRAYLE
DATED. 25 November 1728/9. - PROVED. Adm. with Will 12 March, 1528/9. P.C.C. 3 Jankym.).
In the name of God amen The yere of our Lorde god a thousand fyve hundred twenty and eight. The xx day of Novembr. I George Thrayle sike in body and hole in mynde and sowle lawde be to god make and afferme my last Wille after this maner and fourme folowing. Item first I bequeth my soule to almighty god and to all the company of heven And my body to be buried in cristen buriall. Item I bequethe to the high awter of Strande xijd. Item to the Wardens xij d. Item I bequeth unto Elizabeth my wife two acres of londe that Thomas Baily holdeth of me whiche Elizabeth I make full and sool executrix the over plus of my goodes unbequest for the helth of my soule and discharge her conscience before these Witnesse Robert Rowe Roger Lyster and Sir Thomas Canton [?Cauton] Curat the day andyere aforsaid.
The 12 March 1528/9 Elizabeth relict and executrix of said deceased renounced execution of the Will of the same deceased and Commission to administer was granted to the aforesaid Elizabeth relict. |
